Advancements in Hood Type Dishwashers: A Leap Towards Smart Technology and Energy Savings

2025-10-29

The production and manufacturing of hood type dishwashers are achieving breakthroughs through the improvement of core components and integration of intelligent systems.

As a core cleaning equipment in commercial kitchens, the production and manufacturing of hood type dishwashers focus on two core directions: "performance improvement" and "green energy conservation". In the production of core components, traditional heating tubes have problems of low thermal efficiency and easy damage. Now, integrated heating tubes made of alloy materials are adopted, with thermal conversion efficiency increased from 85% to over 92%, and service life extended to 5000 hours, an increase of 30% compared with traditional products. The production process of the spray system has also undergone innovation. The fan-shaped spray arm manufactured by precision molds can achieve 360° dead-angle-free spraying, with a stable spray pressure of 0.3-0.5MPa. Compared with traditional circular spray arms, the cleaning coverage rate is increased by 25%, effectively removing residual oil stains on tableware.

The integration of intelligent control systems is another highlight in production and manufacturing. The production line introduces PLC programming technology, enabling the equipment to monitor water temperature (adjustable from 40-95℃), water level and cleaning time in real time. It automatically supplements heat when the water temperature is lower than the set value and triggers an alarm when the water level is abnormal, avoiding water waste. At the same time, an IoT module is added during the production process to support remote fault diagnosis and data statistics. Operators can check the equipment operation status and cleaning volume through the mobile phone terminal, reducing on-site maintenance costs.

In terms of green production, the machine shell adopts food-grade 304 stainless steel laser welding technology, with smooth and burr-free welding joints, which not only improves the corrosion resistance of the equipment but also reduces the generation of welding waste. In addition, a waste heat recovery system is introduced in the production link to recover the heat of high-temperature wastewater in the rinsing stage to the main washing water tank, reducing the main washing heating energy consumption by 18% and the heating cost per ton of water by 0.8 yuan, which meets the energy-saving needs of commercial kitchens.

At present, the production of hood type dishwashers has formed a standardized process. The production cycle from component processing to whole machine assembly is shortened to 7 days, and the product qualification rate is stable above 99.2%. With the improvement of the catering industry's requirements for cleaning efficiency and environmental protection, the production technology of such equipment will also iterate towards a more intelligent and energy-saving direction, providing better solutions for the commercial cleaning field.
